As Sue Ellspermann, former president of Ivy Tech Community College, concludes her tenure as board chair, the CICP team applauds her commitment to working alongside the organization and its five branded talent and industry sector initiatives since August 2016. Additionally, Ellspermann’s leadership marked a historic milestone as she served in CICP’s first all-female executive leadership team, which includes CICP’s CEO Melina Kennedy and president and CFO Latoya Botteron. Sue Ellspermann, president, Ivy Tech Community College, and chair of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership Board of Directors. INDIANAPOLIS (May 4, 2023) – The Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), which brings together the chief executives of the region’s prominent corporations, foundations and universities, has named a new chair of the board of directors and new executive committee members for 2023. Sue Ellspermann, president of Ivy Tech Community College, was elected chair of the board of directors at the April board meeting. Bryan Mills, president and CEO of Community Health Network, will continue to serve as vice chair and treasurer. In addition, David Ricks, chairman and CEO, Eli Lilly and Company, and Jennifer Rumsey, president and CEO, Cummins, have joined the executive committee.
