INDIANAPOLIS (December 7, 2022)—Business Equity for Indy (BEI) announced today the launch of an inaugural Workforce Pilot. The Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation awarded a grant to the Indy Chamber Foundation in support of the BEI effort to support small- and medium-sized companies in their efforts to reduce racial disparities and drive equity within businesses.
