A recent IndyStar article examined reasons why Indiana (so far) has had a more successful reopening than many other states. Mark Muro, a senior fellow at Brookings Institution, sees the coalition of business, academic and philanthropic leaders that make up the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership as a contributing factor. In particular, he points to the three safe return-to-work playbooks developed by CICP, it's initiatives, Cummins and many of CICP's member organizations.
