INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 16, 2022) – Tim Millwood, vice president of Global Manufacturing at Cummins Inc., has been elected chairman of the Conexus Indiana Board of Directors. Conexus Indiana, a statewide organization dedicated to strengthening Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics industries, also announced Scott Brand, executive vice president of Subaru of Indiana Automotive, as vice chairman of the board. Millwood began his career at Columbus, Ind.-based Cummins 30 years ago as an engineer in component machining and over the years has held engineering and purchasing positions in the United States, United Kingdom and Brazil. Brand has been with Lafayette, Ind.-based Subaru of Indiana Automotive for more than 30 years and has served in various roles, including manufacturing, materials management, quality control and executive leadership.
