BioCrossroads Announces Charter Members of Indiana’s Life Sciences Industry Talent Association

New employer-led initiative brings together ten leading life sciences employers to help shape industry-aligned training pathways and strengthen the workforce pipeline statewide. INDIANAPOLIS (August 12, 2026) - BioCrossroads today announced the charter members of Indiana’s Life Sciences Industry Talent Association (ITA), an employer-led body that will help define occupational standards and build industry-aligned training pathways for the state’s growing life sciences sector. On July 21, more than 400 business leaders, educators, community organizations, government agencies, and economic development partners came together in Central Indiana for the first in-person IN AI Roadshow of 2026. The event wasn't just about learning more about artificial intelligence. More than 100 college students complete paid internships with Indiana employers, building skills, solving real business challenges, and strengthening the state’s talent pipeline INDIANAPOLIS – More than 100 college students from Indiana and across the country have completed TechPoint’s 2026 Xtern program, spending the summer working alongside Indiana employers to solve real business challenges while building the skills, experience, and professional connections that will shape their careers and the state’s future workforce.
