New platform, powered by Ascend Indiana, connects job seekers with more than 9,000 open positions from 3,500 employers across Indiana’s AML sector

Indianapolis (September 1, 2026) – Conexus Indiana, the statewide initiative advancing Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics (AML) industry, today announced the launch of the Conexus Indiana Job Board powered by Ascend Indiana’s on-line job platform, the Ascend Network. The new job board connects job seekers directly with employers across the state, launching with more than 9,000+ open positions from 3,500+ employers in advanced manufacturing and logistics roles.

Advanced manufacturing and logistics employ more than 840,000 Hoosiers and account for 25% of all jobs in Indiana, contributing $151 billion to the state’s GDP. Until now, the sector has lacked a single, centralized destination where job seekers could search for open roles across the state. By bringing employer job listings together into one searchable platform, the Conexus Indiana Job Board gives job seekers a clearer path into the industry and gives employers a more efficient way to reach qualified candidates.

Key features of the Conexus Indiana Job Board include:

  • More than 9,000+ open positions at launch, with new postings added daily
  • Listings spanning 60% manufacturing roles and 40% logistics roles, with representation in all regions across the state
  • Filtering by region, role type, experience level and other criteria
  • A streamlined, easy-to-navigate experience for job seekers
