INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 20, 2023) – Ascend Indiana, the talent and workforce development initiative of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), has announced its selection of a new vice chair, has added two new members to its Executive Committee, and has named five new directors to its Board of Directors.

The Ascend Indiana board has approved Bridget Boyle, head of People and Culture at Roche Diagnostics, to serve as its vice chair while Mark Hill, managing partner at Collina Ventures, will remain the chair.

“We are honored to add so many wonderful leaders to our Executive Committee and our Board of Directors who are champions for Ascend’s efforts in making Indiana a place of economic opportunity for all,” said Jason Kloth, president and CEO, Ascend Indiana. “Bridget has been a valued partner to Ascend on our many talent initiatives and we are excited for her to serve as our vice chair and continue to contribute her expertise to our Board of Directors and our organization.”

Bridget Boyle is the Roche Diagnostics People & Culture Enterprise Business Partner for Diagnostics North America. Since joining Roche Diagnostics in 2007, she has increased Roche’s profile as a Human Resources leader in Central Indiana – and nationally – helping to place it on numerous lists of the best places to work, including Fortune Magazine, Glassdoor and Working Mother. Under Boyle’s direction, the Roche Women’s Leadership Initiative has since expanded into a robust Diversity & Inclusion initiative that now includes seven additional Roche Business Resource Groups. In addition to her work at Roche, she is an active member of the Talent Summit, a group of HR and business leaders from Central Indiana businesses that meets quarterly to discuss talent recruitment and retention challenges and solutions. In 2019, Boyle co-led Indyfluence, a Central Indiana initiative designed to attract and retain early-in-career talent to both Roche and the Central Indiana region. Boyle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University.
