Ronnetta Spalding serves as the senior director of communications for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to joining CICP, Spalding served as chief communications officer for Indy Parks.

Spalding has also served as a public relations coordinator for the IU Public Policy Institute, as the owner of Net PR Group LLC, as the communications manager for IndyGo, as the press secretary for the Indiana Lieutenant Governor’s office and public information officer for the City of Indianapolis.

She is active in her community where she serves on several boards and holds committee positions including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee member and president of the Parents Association at St. Thomas Aquinas School and as a board member with Hoosier Women Forward.

Spalding has a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications, with a minor in Afro-American Studies, from Indiana University.
