Matthew Rademacher serves as the accounting and administration specialist for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to joining CICP, he worked as a senior controls technician and deputy supervisor before being promoted to an accounting specialist for Saint-Gobain/SAGE Electrochromic in Minnesota.

Rademacher has an associate degree in Accounting and an Electrical Construction and Maintenance Technology Degree from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, Minnesota.
