Kristen Lampkin serves as the Director of Workforce Quality and Employee Engagement for the CEOs of Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP).

Lampkin has been working in human resources for more than 10 years focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, coaching and diversity and inclusion.

She was named to IBJ’s 40 Under 40 class in 2025, and named one of the ten Indianapolis Women to Watch in 2022 by Indy Maven. In 2021 Lampkin was selected as part of the Auto Remarketing 40 Under 40 class. Also in 2018, she was a finalist for the Junior Achievement’s Indy’s Best and Brightest award and United Way of Central Indiana recognized her as one of United Way’s 100 Heroes. HR Indiana Annual Conference by the Indiana State Counsel-Affiliate of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) presented Lampkin with its Volunteer Leader of the Year (Chapters) in 2017.

Lampkin has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Ball State University and received her MBA from Kaplan University.
