Erica Medina serves as the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects and Development at the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to joining CICP, Medina held multiple roles at Ascend Indiana, focusing on workforce development, strategic partnerships, and data insights. Medina has served in  several positions in higher education, including serving as an admission counselor at the University of Indianapolis and director of residence life at Saint Mary’s College. Additionally, she has served as a program coordinator for a healthcare pipeline initiative at University of Indianapolis and as a counselor for TRiO programs at the University of Notre Dame.

Medina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University- Indianapolis and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis.
