Dwayne currently serves as the VP of Finance at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP).

He has over 20 years of financial leadership experience, spanning the construction industry, healthcare, not-for-profit, and trade associations.  His experience also includes past experiences as CFO for LittleStar ABA Therapy, MIBOR Realtor Association and National Precast Concrete Association.  He has also previously served on several volunteer boards focused on community, healthcare and education.  Dwayne has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland City University and a MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
