Abby currently serves as the Human Resources Generalist at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to this role, she held the position of Manager of Workforce Strategies for Ascend Indiana, an initiative of CICP.

Her professional background spans talent acquisition, learning and development, and business development. These experiences have strengthened her skills in communication, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving.

Abby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Indiana-University-Purdue-University-Indianapolis, where she served as Vice President of Scholarship and Awards for Delta Sigma Pi, as well as Director of Membership for the university’s Society for Human Resource Management chapter.
