Destiny currently serves as Director of Programs at the CEOs of Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to this role, she held several positions at Ascend Indiana, an initiative of CICP, most recently serving as Vice President of Engagement.

Her professional background spans workforce development, strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, and stakeholder engagement. Through her work at Ascend, she built relationships with business, education, and community leaders across Indiana to strengthen talent pipelines and advanced shared workforce priorities.

Destiny earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she double majored in Marketing and Management.
