His professional background includes software quality assurance, Salesforce administration, Agile project management and process improvement. Ngor holds a master’s degree from Avignon Université in France and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and ISTQB Certified Tester. He is fluent in both English and French.
