IndyStar Tully: A smart step toward better addiction treatment

In an article by IndyStar columnist Matthew Tully, he calls the efforts of CICP initiative Ascend Indiana and the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation to train more addiction treatment specialists, one that will have an impact that is lasting and profound.

The Fairbanks Foundation has awarded Ascend a grant that will help create an addiction treatment graduate program to initially graduate 50 new clinical social workers a year that will result in helping an additional 3,000 Hoosier patients annually. [READ MORE]
