AI Projects Marketplace

Structured, supervised AI-enabled problem-solving for Indiana businesses and organizations.

What to Expect

This model is designed for structured experimentation, not perfection

Defined Problem

You describe the operational challenge, inefficiency, or AI opportunity. It does not need to be perfectly defined. Clarity of the business context matters more than technical precision.

Project Scoping

We work with a faculty lead to translates your problem into a structured AI project. Scope, timeline, data requirements, and expected deliverables are defined before student work begins.

Project Execution

A supervised student team executes the defined project over a fixed term, preferrably over the course of 6-12 weeks. Regular check-ins ensure alignment and course correction.

Practical Output

You receive a tangible outcome. Prototype, model, dashboard, workflow design, assessment report, or proof-of-concept. Not a slide deck for academic credit, something usable.
