Michael Aichele serves as the director of administration and compliance for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to joining CICP, he served in various leadership positions in local government and higher education. He is a combat veteran who served in the United States Army as a Parachute Infantryman with the 82^nd Airborne Division.

Aichele has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Organizational Management from American Public University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from American Public University.
