Mary Lach-Blake serves as senior manager of Human Resources for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). She has served as a human resources professional for several organizations throughout the United States and held a Train the Trainer Certification in the State of Texas as she is passionate about education and professional development for employees.
Her background includes serving as executive director for youth programs where she was able to combine her commitment for education and diversify her human resources knowledge. As a SHRM-CP certified member, Lach-Blake participates in local and national trainings and is a member of the Non-Profit HR Peer Group with Charitable Advisors.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Lach-Blake is a member of the American Legion 1919. She has been recognized for her volunteerism while supporting the Third Squadron Third Armored Cavalry Regiment during her spouse’s deployments. She was also a co-leader for the Johnson County Habitat for Humanity – Women Build 2019.
Lach-Blake earned a B.A. in Arts and Humanities from Indiana University, where she also was a member of the Alumni Association Hoosiers for Higher Education.
