Holly Coleman serves as the director of human resources for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). She has served as a human resources professional for several organizations, mainly for communication and technology companies throughout her career. Her past experience has involved all facets of Human Resources, but her biggest contribution has been on the operational side in helping companies scale.

Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePauw University where she held leadership positions in her sorority and played on the volleyball team.

Past accomplishments include achieving her certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
